Heritage Fair Judge

Heritage Fair Judges volunteer their time to review project displays, interview students about their research, and nominate projects for special awards.

Judges are assigned about ten projects to assess in two phases. First, judges review projects without students present at the Project Review session. Then judges interview students about their projects in a scheduled interview. Training is provided during Orientation.

Required time commitment

  • End of April – Orientation
  • Thursday, May 9, 2024, 5:30–7:00 p.m. – Project Review
  • Friday, May 10, 2024, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. – Student Interviews

Registration will open soon.

Event Volunteer

Each year, Heritage Fair volunteers help with activities, registration, student coordination, and much more. Come take a journey through history with us by joining our volunteer team!

Positions Available:

(1) Pre- Event (May 8 & 9):

Required Time Commitment 

Wednesday, May 8, 12:00pm – 4:00 pm and/or Thursday, May 9, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
