NEW! Learn about our newcomer-friendly office. See eight ESL classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a welcoming licensed preschool for the children (ages 3-5) of students enrolled in our English classes.

We provide free government-funded services to help eligible newcomers to Canada navigate their new community; settlement services in English, Chinese & Arabic; English classes (LINC – Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) from level 1-6. You can call us in Mandarin or Cantonese.
